Overview

Senariq ("we", "us") provides AI, automation and digital engineering services to businesses. This policy explains what personal information we collect through our website and in the course of client work, how we use it, and the choices available to you.

It applies to senariq.com and to the business relationships we run through it. It does not cover data we process on a client’s behalf under a services agreement, which is governed by that agreement.

Information we collect

We collect the following categories of information:

• Information you give us. Name, work email, company, role, and anything you write in a form or email when you request an assessment, book a call, or contact us.
• Information collected automatically. Standard server logs including IP address, browser type, pages visited, and referring page.
• Client engagement information. Business contact details and project correspondence for the people we work with at client organizations.

How we use it

We use this information to respond to your enquiry, deliver and support our services, invoice and administer accounts, improve the website, and meet legal or tax obligations.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not use the contact details you give us to enrol you in unrelated marketing.

Client data

Where we access a client’s systems or data to deliver a project, we act on that client’s instructions and under the terms of the relevant services agreement. We use least-privilege access, log what we do, and remove access at the end of an engagement.

If you are an individual whose data sits in a client system we work with, please contact that organization directly — they control that data, not us.

Sharing

We share information only with service providers who help us operate — hosting, email, scheduling, accounting and similar — and only to the extent needed. We may also disclose information where required by law or to protect our rights.

Retention

We keep enquiry correspondence for as long as needed to respond and for a reasonable period afterwards, and client engagement records for the period required by our contracts and applicable law. After that, we delete or anonymize it.

Security

We apply access control, encryption in transit, logging and regular review to the systems that hold this information. No system is perfectly secure, but we treat client and prospect data as material risk and manage it accordingly.

Your choices

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or ask us to stop contacting you. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under applicable privacy law. Write to hello@senariq.com and we will respond within a reasonable period.
